I am an Associate Partner at EY Consulting in Oslo, specializing in ERP, SAP, and business transformation. Over three decades I have led multinational rollouts, migrations, and modernization programs for customers across energy, chemicals, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, and agriculture.

IT Cost Optimization
- Delivered a 40% cost savings at Yara by transitioning AMS and Infrastructure services while modernizing IT infrastructure.
SAP Migration Success
- Drove a 7-month migration of Yara’s Animal Nutrition (Feed Phosphates) unit to their corporate SAP system with the project delivered on time, under budget, and with zero open defects one week post go-live.
